In this role, you'll serve as a trusted safety partner to senior regional and regional leaders, ensuring world-class safety standards for Information Technology (IT) team members across Amazon's global network. Through regular site visits, you'll stay closely connected to the daily realities of our frontline technicians — translating those insights into impactful regional and global safety programs.
You will own and drive safety programs from inception through implementation, lead rigorous incident investigations to uncover root causes, and develop corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
