We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead and strengthen our safety and environmental strategy.
This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a zero-incident culture, and continuously improving site performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands‐on experience, and a proactive approach to risk prevention and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of the EHS strategy with strong focus on accident prevention
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies and applicable regulations
Manage and control the EHS annual budget
Drive initiatives to strengthen safety culture and continuous improvement toward zero incidents
Ensure compliance with STPS, CONAGUA, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT and local authorities requirements
Implement and maintain risk assessments across site operations
Plan and coordinate emergency response and brigade activities
