EHS Manager II — Safety, Compliance & Incident Response

Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer with a presence in Mexico seeking an Occupational Health and Safety professional to support maquiladora operations. You will identify risks, develop elimination or mitigation programs, and implement STPS policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will train staff, supervise regulatory matters, investigate accidents, maintain TRIR logs, manage emergency plans with civil protection authorities, and promote overall wellbeing across the plant.
