EHS & Facility Lead: Safety, Sustainability & Ops

Copeland is seeking an experienced EHS & Facility Lead to establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across our Monterrey site. You will drive health, safety and environmental programs, audits, and site sustainability initiatives while coordinating medical checks and supplier actions.

You will oversee risk assessments, facility operations, and emergency preparedness, partnering with vendors to maintain a compliant and low-risk environment and reduce energy use.
