EHS Engineer (Electrical Safety)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, Flex is looking to add an EH&S Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Site. Reporting to the EHS Manager, the EHS Engineer Sr. (Electrical Safety) role involves supporting the implementation of routine activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs in facilities and manufacturing sites to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met.

Typical Day

• Participate in meetings involving environmental safety, training, and awareness programs.
• Daily EHS Surveillance Inspections: focus on maintaining safe clearance distances (typically >7 meters for 230 kV) and ensuring the use of specialized Arc Flash PPE.
