At Lam, as an EH&S Engineer, you're instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental safety programs and policies. Ensuring compliance with regulations, you'll perform safety inspections, conduct trainings, and oversee hazardous waste vendors and processes. Your expertise spans to life safety, workplace ergonomics, and monitoring industrial health compliance. Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies you'll not only stay current but also reinforce Lam's commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
What you’ll do
- Support the development, planning, and implementation of EHS policies and procedures from construction through sustaining operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS requirements and manage interactions with DOE, DOSH, the Fire and Rescue Department, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
