Successful applicants must have a two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant area like Youth Work or Early Childhood Education. Experience with students facing physical challenges, autism, or behavioural issues is mandatory. Familiarity with ABA techniques and teamwork dynamics will contribute greatly to your effectiveness in this role.
