The candidate for this role will be required to be qualified as a primary school teacher, have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and inspire teachers and work with teams of associates. Flexibility and an ability to engage in an evolving programme of work in a culture of improvement, collaboration, innovation, and creativity are required.
