JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Community Services Administrator, the Education Manager leads the coordination and implementation of Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s education programs and annual work plan priorities, supporting learners from K–12 through post-secondary pathways. This role is grounded in a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach that centers the well-being, strengths, and aspirations of each student.
The Education Manager provides individualized education and career planning support, including confidential one-on-one guidance, to promote academic success, retention, and long-term achievement.
