Responsibilities
- Attend synchronous classes, supporting instructors and learners
- Moderate the chat with active listening, filtering, organizing, and prioritizing questions without disrupting the flow of the class
- Provide first-level technical support to learners, receiving requests and directing them appropriately
- Establish and reinforce classroom conduct agreements with respectful firmness and a mediating approach
- Assist in preparing tutorials, announcements, and guidance documents
- Support activities during live broadcasts and video recordings
- Enter and organize information on specific platforms, such as attendance lists, links, and reports
- Encourage learner participation and responses to surveys and forms
- Participate in meetings and internal training sessions, contributing suggestions and best practices
