The Opportunity

Are you a dedicated leader passionate about improving resident safety and quality in senior care? The Consultant, Education and Best Practices is a leadership role focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating interdisciplinary educational services at AgeCare, ensuring they meet the needs of staff, residents, volunteers, students, and the community. This position involves collaborating with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to provide timely and relevant education aligned with standards in long‑term care and supportive living across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. The Consultant promotes a positive learning environment that reflects AgeCare’s values and acts as a liaison in the community, managing agreements with post‑secondary institutions for student placements and participating in research projects.
