Role Summary
The Senior Business Manager acts as a strategic partner to the Region Head of Private Banking (ASEAN), leading business management functions across the franchise. The role drives strategic initiatives, governance, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with group priorities while enabling business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Region Head of Private Banking to develop and execute business strategy, expansion plans, and performance objectives
• Work closely with Senior Market Heads and Market Heads to crystalize development and execution of market strategy
• Drive large-scale strategic initiatives (e.g., growth into new markets, digital transformation, client segmentation, product development) and ensure timely execution
