Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, guiding them through EDI testing and configuration
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of customer EDI requirements
- Oversee and manage partners for outsourced EDI onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to provide strategic guidance
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful onboarding
- Provide training and technical troubleshooting support for the Pipe17 platform
- Act as a customer advocate to inform product development and enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or project management within the e-commerce industry
