Lead the future of global integrations.
What you'll do:
Lead EDI operations and the integration ecosystem (SAP, OpenText) across multiple business areas: manufacturing, logistics, finance, and more.
Manage and develop a global team, ensuring SLA compliance, KPI performance, and operational excellence.
Oversee daily transactions, critical incidents (P1/P2), and escalations with service providers.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in processes, technology, and integration models.
Lead EDI initiatives and projects (analysis, design, implementation, and stabilization).
Manage relationships with trading partners and ensure compliance with audits (ASN / EDI 856).
Oversee the annual EDI budget and drive cost optimization.
Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI) to enable visibility and decision-making.
