Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking an EDI Assistant.
What you’ll do
PRIMARY FUNCTION : This is a dynamic learning position that is responsible for EDI order mapping and maintenance to ensure order flow and EDI outputs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for IDOC management which includes but is not limited to failed, new and cumulative.
- Run ZDELFOR report to pinpoint any error codes.
- Find any cumulative issues and process ZMAK orders to meet the current demand.
- Search and upload any cross reference errors and upload them to a shared database.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to maintain the part number tables to fix any ZEDICHECK errors and in turn minimize the amount of incoming IDOCs failing by the same error.
