ECU Mechanics Project Leader - ADAS Components

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the mechanical development and integration of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) components. This role demands strong project management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive technical excellence and achieve cost targets within a collaborative environment, coordinating with all relevant Bosch teams, including SE teams.Key Responsibilities:ADAS Project Leadership & Execution:Lead and manage ADAS mechanical component development projects from concept to production and ramp-up.Conduct Project Requirement/Specification analysis & finalization.Manage Project Scheduling, approval, and agreements.Track project performance, take corrective and preventive measures.Drive Problem Solving via 8D, DAR, CAR etc.Oversee Mechanical partlist generation (BOM), set-up & release in SAP.Coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECR).Support Production & Ramp-up.Cross-Functional Leadership &...
