As the Educational Leader, you will:

• Assist, mentor and guide Educators across all rooms.
• Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Collaborate with educators to develop innovative, child-led programs and documentation
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance pedagogical practices and reflective thinking
• Play a key role in Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and centre-wide curriculum decisions
