ECS & SAP Client Delivery Manager (CDM) – Remote, Contract

Summary

You will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, including RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers, plan and steer engagements, and act as the customer’s ambassador within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization.

Role Objectives

Drive customer satisfaction and commercial success by managing end‑to‑end customer engagement throughout onboarding, run, and renewal phases.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Plan and review services to meet customer requirements and manage stakeholders.
• Delivery Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, support projects, and de‑escalate critical engagements.
