Responsibilities
- Key finance business partner who supports the annual budgeting process, monthly financial and key metric reporting, and variance analysis
- Assist with management reporting for executives, operations, and corporate. Prepares supporting presentations for executives and board of director reporting
- Summarize key metrics into easily understood formats that give decision makers a clear understanding of the financial/key metrics impact to the business. This includes building visuals/reporting in Microsoft Power BI
- Collaborate with members of Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Hyperion and Operations teams for process improvements and delivering appropriate analyses, reports and solutions for management reporting
- Communicate financials to non‑financial business partners
