Ecommerce Reconciliation Specialist

Role Overview: Location - CST (Fort), Mumbai Type - Full-Time, WFO CTC - ₹8–10 LPA Key Responsibilities: Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa settlement reconciliation, returns accounting, TCS reconciliation, marketplace commission tracking, advertising spend accounting Handle platform-wise reconciliation for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces Track customer/platform payments, deductions, claims, returns, and settlements Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of sales, receivables, and payment reports Coordinate with internal Finance, Operations, and Marketplace teams for payment discrepancies and resolution Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections and closures Maintain accurate records of invoices, settlements, debit notes, credit notes, and deductions Analyze reconciliation mismatches and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues Prepare MIS reports related to AR, collections, pending payments, aging reports, and reconciliation st...
