Ecommerce Operations Manager (Remote - LATAM / Asia / Europe)

Pattern Brands is a portfolio of premium home brands, including Miracle Made (premium bedding products), Onsen (premium waffle towels), and GIR (kitchen tools). All three brands run on Shopify Plus. Miracle Made, our largest brand, also operates a multi-domain setup with custom checkout funnels, making it a technically complex environment that goes well beyond standard Shopify operations.

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our digital platforms team. You’ll primarily work on Miracle Made, with secondary support across the full Pattern portfolio. The role spans Shopify store operations, sales execution, funnel support, dev agency coordination, SEO, project management, and site content management. You will report to the Ecommerce Team Lead and work closely with our funnel specialist, QA analyst, creative team, and dev agency.
