We are looking for a eCommerce Manager – Growth to improve conversion, monetisation, and funnel performance across Sleek’s digital journeys.
Mission
You will drive revenue growth by converting site visitors into customers through funnel optimization, experimentation, CRO, and AI‑driven user experiences, with the long‑term goal of owning the full funnel and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a market.
Outcomes
- Outcome 1 (1–6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion. During the first six months, focus on improving the visitor‑to‑funnel‑start conversion rate across key markets by optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and funnel entry messaging to align traffic intent with the landing experience.
