The eCommerce Manager will own the end-to-end digital experience across the brand's eCommerce sites — from homepage to checkout. This role is responsible for driving site performance, merchandising execution, and conversion optimization through close collaboration with UX, development, marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams.
Acting as the strategic lead for all things eCommerce, this person leads a team of direct reports and ensures the continuous improvement of the customer journey across global brand sites while driving on-time, high-quality execution of campaigns, launches, and key trading moments. This role operates in an AI-forward environment where agents and tools like Claude are actively used to accelerate execution — comfort with AI-assisted workflows is essential.
