We’re looking for an Ecommerce General Manager who’s equal parts strategic thinker and hands‑on operator. You’re someone who can look at a dashboard, identify what’s broken, and actually fix it—not just flag it for someone else. Whether it’s a conversion drop on the D2C site, a listing suppression on Amazon, or a shift in TikTok Shop affiliate performance, you dig into the issue, diagnose the root cause, and drive solutions. You’ll need to understand how a digital P&L works. You should be comfortable with unit economics, understand what levers move margin, and connect daily execution across channels to business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong ecommerce fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a high learning velocity. If something is unfamiliar, you figure it out.
