We are seeking an experienced E-commerce KAM (Key Account Manager) with a strong background in e-commerce platform operations and sales management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the company's key online sales channels while managing and developing strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop local e-commerce channels in Chile, including customer acquisition and account management.
- Oversee daily operations and sales performance on platforms such as Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris, Amazon, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed channel sales targets, including GMV, Net Sales, and other key performance indicators.
