E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our product listings across marketplaces, handle buyer queries, and manage all marketplace-related communications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar and can keep operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities
Product listing & catalogue management
Create, update and optimise product listings (title, description, images, keywords, pricing) across all assigned marketplaces. Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of catalogue data.
Query & escalation coordination
Monitor and respond to buyer queries raised on marketplaces in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, ...
