Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage daily ecommerce operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics partners, monitor inventory, handle customer queries, and support end-to-end order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Process and fulfill customer orders received through ecommerce platforms and website.
- Coordinate with shipping and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all sales channels.
- Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and prepare related reports.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases by coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
- Respond to customer queries related to orders, shipments, exchanges, returns, and products.
