Overview

The eCommerce Data & Insights Executive strengthens the performance and decision‑making capability of the eCommerce team by owning day‑to‑day pacing, analytics, reporting accuracy and insight development across retail media platforms. This role shifts from pure activation toward data stewardship, performance diagnostics, trend identification, and dashboard management, ensuring our planning, optimization and client recommendations are grounded in reliable, actionable data.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors daily pacing, budget utilisation and delivery risks across all active campaigns.
  • Maintains source‑of‑truth budget trackers and leads reconciliations and forecasting.
  • Ensures trafficking, naming conventions, tagging and data inputs remain consistent and aligned to templates and taxonomies.
  • Manages campaign optimisations within platforms (Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, CitrusAd/Epsilon, Criteo) such as bid changes, inclusio...
