As an eCommerce Customer Experience Coordinator, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful, positive experiences for every customer interaction. As the front line of our brands, you are the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence. In addition to supporting customer inquiries, you will manage and coordinate custom golf club orders, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and a seamless order journey from purchase to delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong customer-first mindset. You communicate clearly, take ownership of challenges, and are motivated to resolve issues efficiently and thoughtfully.
