East Coast Operations Manager

Position Summary

The East Coast Operations Manager is responsible and accountable to the Service Delivery Manager for the leadership and management of the Service Delivery team and activities conducted from the Thales East Coast locations. As the senior leader on the East Coast, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving Thales culture and behaviours, aligning people toward shared goals, enabling effective teamwork, and helping the organisation adapt to changing circumstances.

The role includes developing and maintaining coastal relationships with Industry, DND, FMF and the RCN, and working with the West Coast Operations Manager to ensure alignment and consistency across coasts.
