We are looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment & Programme Manager to lead the delivery of graduate and internship hiring programmes for a major organisation within the technology and digital sector.
This is a highly visible role that combines recruitment, stakeholder engagement, programme management, candidate experience and graduate development. You will work closely with senior business leaders and talent teams to attract, assess and support emerging talent from application through to programme completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple early careers programmes, ensuring hiring objectives are achieved while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
