Early Operations FAB Inno FAB is a pioneering, publicly funded initiative dedicated to building a €400 M state‑of‑the‑art semiconductor cleanroom facility in Catalonia. As the builder of this ecosystem, we are looking for a foundational leader to shape our operational model, organizational design, and strategy from the ground up. Role Summary This role is responsible for owning Inno FAB’s internal engine room and practical operational setup. The position focuses on preparing the foundations of operations, working on clean‑room definitions, and bridging the gap between technical possibilities and functional execution.
