• Assess the children’s development to prepare a tailored learning plan.
• Develop and implement child‑care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
• Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment for children.
• Supervise staff, trainees or volunteers and assist early childhood educators.
• Synthesize overall situations of children and communicate the information to parents.
• Encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music and physical activity.
• Guide children in proper eating, dressing and toileting habits.
