As an independent clinician within ComPsych's EAP Provider Network, you will utilize your skills in delivering high-quality counseling. This role is suitable for licensed behavioral health professionals focused on addressing personal and workplace concerns. You will maintain compliance with ethical guidelines while providing support and conducting necessary assessments to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term EAP counseling in face-to-face sessions
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Address workplace stress, depression, and relationship issues
• Document clinical work accurately and timely
• Collaborate with ComPsych for client care continuity
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
