What You’ll Do
As an E2E Service Part Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross‑functional performance for all aspects of Service Parts activities to meet customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
Your Responsibilities Include- Responsibility for the cross‑functional execution of service performance (sales, SCM, material planning, production scheduling, operations)
- Coordinate all Seat Belt and Steering Wheel Service Parts activities for multiple OEM customers.
- Serve as the primary interface for all Seat Belt Plants and Steering Wheel Plants with cross‑functional groups.
- E2E mindset to deliver customer focus across all enterprise areas for our OEMs Operational Coordination.
- Ensure on‑time delivery performance by coordinating closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for component availability and forecasting.
