What you'll do:

Responsibility for the cross-functional execution of service performance (sales, SCM, material planning, production scheduling, operations) Coordinate all Seat Belt and Steering Wheel Service Parts activities for multiple OEM customers. Serve as the primary interface for all Seat Belt Plants and Steering Wheel Plants with cross‐functional groups E2 E mindset to deliver customer focus across all enterprise areas for our OEMs Operational Coordination Ensure on‐time delivery performance by coordinating closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for component availability and forecasting. Ensure plants are building parts to ship on‐time to avoid OEM debits and maintain strong EBIT results Interface with Engineering teams to manage design changes and technical updates related to service parts.
