e-Commerce Manager
As Razer.com’s e-Commerce Manager, you are the commercial owner of select divisions, fully accountable for revenue and gross profit margin performance on our direct-to-consumer channel.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue & GPM targets and sales performance vs plan for assigned divisions on Razer.com
- Translate annual and quarterly targets into executable commercial plans by region, category, and product lifecycle
- Drive forecast accuracy and proactively implement recovery actions to close revenue or margin gaps
- Define and lead the global sales calendar across product launches, campaigns, and peak marketing moments
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies in partnership with divisions and marketing to maximize revenue and margin
