E‑Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator

HONG XIN DA PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other marketplaces.

You will process orders, ensure timely fulfilment, coordinate warehouse activities, and arrange deliveries to maintain a smooth customer experience. The role requires 1–2 years of e-commerce and customer service experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP/OMS systems.
