We are looking for a hands‑on E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our online storefronts and support day‑to‑day fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, comfortable juggling multiple platforms, and keen to grow with a small, fast‑moving team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon Seller Central
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with our warehouse/3PL partner for fulfillment and shipping
- Respond to customer queries and resolve order issues promptly across platforms
- Create simple product photos, graphics, and social media content using Canva or similar tools
- Track basic sales performance and flag issues (stock‑outs, delayed shipments, listing errors)
- Support ad hoc marketing and promotional campaigns as needed
