E-Commerce Operations Executive

E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage marketplace operations, order processing, inventory control, and MIS reporting across online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage orders across Amazon, Noon, FNP, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment coordination.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliations, and returns.
• Review marketplace charges and payment settlements.
• Prepare sales, inventory, payment, and operational MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, Noon, FNP, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Unicommerce or similar OMS/WMS systems.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis).
