E-Commerce Operation Manager

We are assisting our joint venture partner in filling this role. Please note that the joint venture company will manage all interviews and make the final hiring decision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop annual sales plans (internal & Joint Business), monitor core category revenue (excl. VAT), and manage slow-moving product portfolios.

- Marketing Planning & Execution: Build annual marketing plans, track marketing spend across channels, and ensure net profit margin targets are met.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of 3–5 members; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster team growth.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Accounting and R&D internally; negotiate and partner with e-commerce platforms externally to expand market share.
