Job Description

Finance, Billing & Marketplace Operations (Primary Focus)

• Maintain accurate records of received invoices and support follow-ups to ensure timely payment processing in line with internal timelines.
• Raise and manage marketplace wallet top-ups (Shopee and Lazada) based on approved budgets and client requests.
• Adhere to internal and external billing processes , including:
  • Raising media flights
  • Creating billing and payment schedules
  • Updating and maintaining systems such as Starscape
• Monitor and track marketplace wallet balances on an ongoing basis and proactively flag any discrepancies, risks, or issues.
• Support invoice reconciliation and PO mapping , ensuring alignment between actual spend, approved budgets, and billing documentation.
