Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Account Management: Manage and optimize existing and new eCommerce accounts across multiple platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. Oversee our owned e-commerce websites.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve quarterly and yearly key performance metrics related to eCommerce sales and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Content Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date content, including product listings, images, descriptions and prices, aligning with branding guidelines and references.
