Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our website and marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, coordinating with logistics, and improving the overall online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings across the company website and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto etc.)
• Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock information are accurate and up to date
• Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics: conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and sales revenue
