- Manage the company's online stores across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update and optimise product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise listings to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and sponsored advertisements to drive sales.
- Process and monitor customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
