About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven E-commerce Commercial Head to lead our end-to-end online business. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall e-commerce commercial strategy
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization
- Lead category management, pricing strategy, promotions, and assortment planning
- Drive performance across marketplaces and DTC channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify)
- Identify and unlock new growth levers, partnerships, and revenue streams
