Job Overview
As a member of the Aftermarket growth organization, the candidate will be responsible for converting customers from the email platform and e‑catalogue to the SimHub Store, transitioning from a more passive role as a processor of quotation requests and quotes to a more proactive role of recommending parts for the customer support team on Spares orders. The role involves planning, setting deadlines, managing or supporting lead‑time, cost, selling prices, and timely delivery to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pricing and quotations related to Spares.
- Develop schedules according to requirements and standard planning practices.
- Receive, from customers/GL priorities, and ensure planning aligns with priorities.
- Communicate regularly with customers and key personnel to obtain critical information.
- Act as an ambassador for the platform both internally and externally.
