As Ecommerce Analyst reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, your mission is to turn Cozey's ecommerce data into clear, actionable insight that drives better decisions across both the department and business. You own the reporting infrastructure, funnel analysis, and experimentation measurement that the team relies on to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities lie.
What you'll be doing
- Own Cozey's ecommerce reporting suite: Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards that give the team a reliable view of performance across Canada, US and Australia storefronts, tracking the metrics that matter most to the business.
