E-Commerce Account Agent

Job Description

We are looking for E‑Commerce Account Agent to support customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while delivering excellent service across multiple channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on retail systems, tools, and processes
