E-Com Operations Executive

About The Role

We're hiring an E‑Com Operations Executive to keep the engine running on our Shopify store. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role responsible for the day‑to‑day tasks that keep the store accurate, fulfilment smooth, and customers happy. You'll work directly under the E‑Com Growth Manager and play a key role in making sure every product, order, and customer interaction reflects our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, maintain, and optimise product listings on Shopify—titles, descriptions, images, tags, and pricing.
• Ensure catalogue accuracy across all live collections, managing new launches and discontinuations.
• Process and monitor daily orders, coordinating with logistics and warehouse for timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer service queries related to orders, returns, and delivery via email or chat.
